Sunset Captiva 58 is a stilted home in the Sunset Captiva community on Captiva Island. It is a 2-bedroom 2 bath home that sleeps 6. It is a short walk to the beach and village.
Our 2-bedroom home features a fully stocked kitchen, dining table and a wine cooler. There is a nice size patio off of the kitchen and dining area for outdoor eating or relaxing. The master bedroom is upstairs with a king bed and full bathroom with shower. Master bedroom has a small patio with a table for sitting outside. The loft has a futon. The other bedroom is downstairs with a king. Bathroom is a full size with a shower. Home comes with a golf cart, beach wagon,chairs,umbrella,cooler,beach towels and bikes for exploring the island. The property has a small yard on the side and has chairs for enjoying the outdoors and an outdoor shower for washing off after the beach or pool. Sunset Captiva community has a heated pool and beach access, tennis court, BBQ grills and a dock across the street. Ask for details. The community pool and pool house renovations will be happening around August 18,2025-November 30,2025.Dates may change.
You will have to sign a waiver for the golf cart and bicycles. Must have a dr license to operate the golf cart.
